Friendly Systems' President and CEO (Chief Executive Oxymoron). Free founded the company in 1982. He felt there was a need for a software reseller who worked with integrity and treated his customers as allies and not clients. His work experience includes employment as a systems manager, systems analyst, controller, accounting manager, internal auditor, financial analyst, cost accountant, external auditor and salesperson. His industry expertise includes distributors, manufacturers, retailers, service organizations, hotels and not-for-profit businesses. Free earned his BA with a major in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York, his MBA from the University of Michigan and his CPA certificate from the state of Ohio . Early in his career Free worked as a college teacher of business and accounting and as a high school and junior high school math teacher.

Lee Graham

Friendly Systems' Programming Manager, Lee Graham , has been developing custom software since 1982. Lee has developed systems for manufacturing, point of sale, distribution, inventory management and accounting. A graduate of Emory University, Lee became a Certified Sage MAS90/200 Programmer in 1990. Lee's experience and certification allows Friendly Systems to access and enhance Sage MAS90/200 source code to fulfill customer specifications. Lee also offers extensive experience converting data from other computer programs into MAS90/200 and BusinessWorks. Like all members of the Friendly Systems team, Lee provides vital support services for our allies.

Phil McIntosh

Our Chief Technology Officer offers allies many years of experience in distribution - newspapers, power distribution products, industrial pumps - and has worked with computer systems for more than ten years. Phil received a BS in Finance from Fordham University and holds both MCSE and MCDBA certification. He is also certified by Sage Software as an Accpac Certified Consultant, for Sage MAS 200 for SQL and E-Business Manager, and by Synergistic Systems for the Job Ops Custom Manufacturing Enhancements to Sage MAS 90/200. In addition, Phil is an expert in Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports. Phil assists Friendly Systems allies with hardware selection and operating systems implementation. He has experience implementing a virtual private network (VPN) and remote branch processing. Phil also installs application software for Friendly Systems' allies and is our company Webmaster. Bonnie McDaniel

Bonnie McDaniel is a CPA who graduated from Georgia State University, Summa Cum Laude, with a BBA in Accounting. Bonnie received her CPA certification shortly thereafter and gained experience as a property accountant, cost accounting supervisor and as a financial reporting manager for a large Atlanta-based corporation. Bonnie also honed her skills as a business technology consultant for a CPA firm, where she recommended, implemented, installed and supported Sage MAS 90 and Sage BusinessWorks products. Bonnie is available as a trainer to end users of Sage software and also offers Friendly Systems allies consulting on business systems issues that they may encounter.

Bob Kaczmarek

Bob is our Sales and Marketing Manager. Bob has been involved in almost every aspect of data processing since 1967. A graduate of Triton College in Chicago, Bob has done computer programming and design for private industry as well as state and federal government including the U.S. ARMY. With the ability to understand the practical needs of business as well as the technical requirements, he has transitioned into a sales and marketing role to serve the small to medium size business community. Having his own software business for over 16 years he has a solid understanding of business needs. His goal is to provide a "win-win" situation for everyone by being a good listener and focusing on people as well as the business requirements.
