Lee Graham

Friendly Systems' President and CEO, Lee Graham , has been developing custom software since 1982.  Lee has developed systems for manufacturing, point of sale, distribution, inventory management and accounting. A graduate of Emory University, Lee became a Certified Sage MAS90/200 Programmer in 1990. Lee's experience and certification allows Friendly Systems to access and enhance Sage MAS90/200 source code to fulfill customer specifications. Lee also offers extensive experience converting data from other computer programs into MAS90/200 and BusinessWorks.  Like all members of the Friendly Systems team, Lee provides vital support services for our allies.

Phil McIntosh

MCSE/MCDBA

Our CFO and Chief Technology Officer offers allies many years of experience in distribution - newspapers, power distribution products, industrial pumps - and has worked with computer systems for more than ten years. Phil received a BS in Finance from Fordham University and holds both MCSE and MCDBA certification. He is also certified by Sage as an Accpac Certified Consultant, for Sage MAS 200 for SQL and E-Business Manager, and by Synergistic Systems for the Job Ops Custom Manufacturing Enhancements to Sage MAS 90/200. In addition, Phil is an expert in Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports.  Phil assists Friendly Systems allies with hardware selection and operating systems implementation.  He has experience implementing a virtual private network (VPN) and remote branch processing. Phil also installs application software for Friendly Systems' allies and is our company Webmaster.  Political opinions at Legislative Accountability.

Bob Kaczmarek

Bob is our Sales and Marketing Manager. Bob has been involved in almost every aspect of data processing since 1967.  A graduate of Triton College in Chicago, Bob has done computer programming and design  for private industry as well as state and federal government including the U.S. ARMY.  With the ability to understand the practical needs of business as well as the technical requirements, he has transitioned into a sales and marketing role to serve the small to medium size business community.  Having his own software business for over 16 years he has a solid understanding of business needs.  His goal is to provide a "win-win" situation for everyone by being a good listener and focusing on people as well as the business requirements.
