Friendly Systems provides support via telephone, email, remote access and on-site visits forSageCRM, Sage Accpac ERP, Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 and Sage BusinessWorks. Our support is provided by our knowledgeable and experienced consultants, never a scripted voice in a cubicle.

Our preferred method when taking on support responsibilities for a new ally is to spend some time, typically half a day, getting to know your staff and how your business works, so we can answer your questions (and ask them) in a way that makes sense for you.
