xTuple Adds Distribution Package
Friendly Systems just attended the X2 Partner Conference at xTuple in Norfolk, VA. The energy and enthusiasm of xTuple staff (there are now twice as many of them as there were last year, including not just marketing people but developers!!) and partners was refreshing.
As part of the imminent release of version 4.0, there is a new optional package called xWD (for xTuple wholesale distribution). This package adds increased flexibility in pricing, and also the ability to easily include third party catalogs directly in the ERP system, without cluttering up the internal inventory tables with items you have never sold.
xTuple is also adding a mobile web client, starting with the CRM module.
