Friendly Systems will be closed December 24 & 25, and January 1.

Your Software has a Holiday Closing coming up as well

Here are some tips for making the Year End process run smoothly:

For payroll, once you have performed the final payroll of the year, create a copy of the company, and don't close the year in the copy. This way if you find issues with W-2 forms you ahve an easy way to go back and redo them.

Modules should be closed in the following order:

Bill of Materials
Work Order
Purchase Order
Sales Order
Inventory
Magnetic Media
Payroll
Accounts Receiveable
Accounts Payable
Job Cost
General Ledger
