Maintaining Profitability When Sales Drop

Sales drop off – Prices drop off!

This is a strategy that many companies are using today. When sales are up – margins aren’t looked at as closely. What’s needed is to set the pricing structure in the system and make selling the competitive strategy NOT just price.

Friendly Systems offers three systems that will help you maintain your pricing schedules: Sage ACCPAC, Sage MAS90/200 and our newest offering, Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions, that give you these pricing features and the ability to know your profit margins even when circumstances force you to discount.

Whether it's to help you make the best use of your existing software or to see how the Friendly Systems QuickStart program can provide your company with installation, conversion and training for Quickbooks Enterprise, lets talk about how we can not only help maintain your pricing and profitability controls, but also lower your software expenses.

Tech Tip: Copying a Memo To Multiple Customers

Do you ever need to set up the same memo for multiple customers in Sage MAS 90 or MAS 200? There's no need to retype it. Just set up the memo for one customer and click the Copy button. You are then able to select either one customer or a range of customers to copy the memo to.

This also works the same way for Vendor and Sales Order memos. Starting in version 4.4, due out later this year, it will also be possible in Inventory and Purchase Order.

Friendly Systems provides Sales/Training/Consulting for Sage Mas90, Sage MAS 200,  Sage Accpac, Sage Businessworks and Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise, and Custom programming / Data Conversion services.  See our website at:
