If you have not yet migrated your company’s Sage 100 or Sage 300 license from perpetual to subscription (called Sage 100cloud or 300cloud) Sage has announced September 28th 2018 as the expiration of their parity pricing and $0 migration promos which allows Sage 100 and Sage 300 perpetual users to move to subscription at no added cost.

Sage 100 and 300 on subscription (called Sage 100cloud or 300cloud) has all the features of perpetual plus added options and an annual subscription instead of maintenance.

Sage Cloud options available at additional cost include:

Sage 100 Manufacturing (formerly JobOps)

Multi-Bin warehousing

AP Automation: automates processing, approval, and payment of invoices. This cloud-based software helps businesses streamline their entire accounts payable workflow. Includes purchase order matching and multi-entity support.

Budgeting and Planning Tools

E-Commerce

E-Invoicing by e-mailing invoices & statements to customers and have them pay on-line.

Auto Bank Feeds

Mobile Sales – access to your Sage information via your Android or iPhone

Cloud Backup

Ability to Switch to Sage 100 Advanced or Premium (SQL) At No Added Cost
One big benefit of subscription (Sage 100cloud) is you can opt to switch platforms (editions) from Standard to Advanced or Premium (SQL). Users with large data files who struggle with reporting speed should certainly investigate whether the Premium (SQL) version could be of benefit.

If you are on Sage 100 perpetual then let us know if you have any questions about migrating prior to the Sage deadline.
